Each Adult E-Voucher is:
• Valid for 36 Months from the date of purchase
• Redeemable for one (1) General Admission Ticket for one (1) Adult
• Use with selected experiences and seating concepts may incur an upgrade fee and will be applied at the time of redemption.
• If redeemed at HOYTS.COM.AU or the HOYTS App both the voucher number and PIN are required to be entered. Booking fees will apply.
• Tickets are subject to the HOYTS Terms of Use available to view here
• Valid until the expiry date indicated and cannot be exchanged, extended or replaced. Our record of your expiry date is final.
Each Adult E-Voucher cannot be:
• Redeemed and/or upgraded for HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed, special or group events sessions
• Used to purchase 3D glasses. 3D glasses must be purchased separately at an additional cost
• Used in conjunction with any other offer
• Refunded once purchased.
• Replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged
• Used to purchase any pre-paid movie vouchers, gift cards or HOYTS Rewards memberships
• Exchanged for cash and change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing
• Used and/or sold by a person or company as an incentive for a third party to purchase other goods or services or be incorporated into an offer by that person or company for a third party to purchase other goods or services without the prior written consent of The HOYTS Corporation Pty Limited
HOYTS must approve in writing any material which includes reference to ‘HOYTS’ or ‘HOYTS E-Voucher’

How Digital Delivery Works
48hr E-Delivery or Schedule for Later
Need a gift fast? HOYTS digital gifts are delivered straight to the recipient’s inbox within 48 hours, or you can schedule delivery for a later date. E-Gift Cards offer flexibility and can be redeemed for movie tickets, Candy Bar items, or selected merchandise, while our Vouchers are tied to specific experiences and can include a variety of options, from movie tickets to Candy Bar treats. Just choose a design, add the amount (for Gift Cards) and a personal message (optional), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Looking to customise your gift? Make it personal by writing a message and we'll deliver it straight to their inbox.
Physical or Digital
Choose between a physical or digital Gift Card option to best suit your needs. Physical Gift Cards are sent via Australia Post and delivered to the nominated address. Digital Gift Cards are sent via email, directly to the nominated recipients email address. Physical Gift Cards are usually delivered between 4 and 6 days when express shipping is selected.
