Each HOYTS LUX Admission Ticket is:
• Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase
• Redeemable at any HOYTS LUX location in Australia
• Redeemable in cinema, online or via the HOYTS app
• Voucher number and PIN required for online/app redemption
• Booking fees apply when redeemed online
• Surcharges apply for D-BOX, 3D and Xtremescreen
• Not valid for prepaid Cine-Vouchers or other Gift Cards
• Not reloadable or redeemable for cash
• Lost or stolen HOYTS E-Vouchers will not be replaced
The HOYTS LUX Menu Voucher is:
• Valid for 36 months from the date of purchase
• Redeemable ONLY in-cinema from the LUX Bar
• Redeemable for the following items which can be found on our HOYTS LUX Menu:
2 × Drinks (house wine or house beer only)
2 × Starters
1 × Dessert
• Not valid for upgrades or other food and beverage items
• Must be redeemed in full in a single transaction

E-Gift Cards offer flexibility and can be redeemed for movie tickets, Candy Bar items, or selected merchandise, while our Vouchers are tied to specific experiences and can include a variety of options, from movie tickets to Candy Bar treats. Just choose a design, add the amount (for Gift Cards) and a personal message (optional), and we’ll take care of the rest.

Physical or Digital
Choose between a physical or digital Gift Card option to best suit your needs. Physical Gift Cards are sent via Australia Post and delivered to the nominated address.
